Located right in the middle of this bustling Derbyshire market town, Tannery House and its Garden Wing are amazingly quiet and peaceful, being situated in a secluded backwater. The private garden is complete with a small solar heated swimming pool, an original Bakewell well and many quiet corners in which to relax. 'An oasis of peace..' is the comment made by many new and returning guests. The Garden Wing has full central heating, three en-suite bedrooms, living room, fully fitted kitchen, utility room (with washing and ironing facility) and an entrance hall, which can be made into a dining room if more space is required in the living room. There are three beautiful bedrooms each with bath or shower rooms and french windows opening directly into the garden. All rooms have television, radio, hair dryer and a telephone. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs and a television. The kitchen, which opens off the living room, is fitted with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge and a small freezer. A small utility room (off the kitchen) has washing and ironing facilities. Tariff: The accommodation will be let to only one couple/party at any one period.Our charging policy is based upon the number of bedrooms used during the period of let. Enjoying wonderful countryside views Rokeby cottage occupies a lovely position on Jaggers Lane in the beautiful Peak District National Park village of Hathersage. Originally traditional accommodation for a farm worker's family; the cottage has been completely modernised to offer cosy, high quality, very well-equipped accommodation with delightful views and the amenities of the village on the doorstep. The cottage sleeps 2-3 people. The living room has two sofas and an electric wooder-burner effect stove. The TV/DVD player together with some holiday DVDs are discretely positioned within a cupboard so that they can be kept out of the way if not required. Pass though a low doorway to the well fitted kitchen with dining area. The kitchen includes all you would need for a self-catering break. Through french windows to South-West facing patio with outside dining area and small utility room which houses washer and dryer. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double 'four poster' bed. There is also a single bedroom with south-westerly views. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and adequate space for bags to be stored. Amenities Full gas central heating, additional heating from electric woodburner-effect stove in sitting room. Water is heated as it is used from a gas powered combi boiler. Electric cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer in outside utility room (converted from outside toilet). Colour TV (including Freeview) with DVD and stereo CD player. Award winning holiday cottage in the heart of The Peak district National Park. Nestling in the conservation village of Hollinsclough, this beautiful barn conversion was renovated by the owners in 2000 and boasts all the charm and character of a stone cottage with all the conveniences of a modern home. The lounge is open to the eaves and there is a wood burning stove for added comfort. The dining kitchen is also open to the eaves and comes fully equipped including a pine table which seats six comfortably. Completing the downstairs is a twin bedroom and a cloakroom/WC. The main bathroom is upstairs next to the double bedroom. Outside there is plenty of off road parking. The pretty garden contains a barbeque and picnic bench which faces the little brook which flows through the garden on its way to joining the nearby River Dove. Hollinsclough is a delightful small village in the Upper Dove valley - there is wonderful scenery all around, and magnificent walking and cycling from the door. Smoke/pet free. Sleeps up to four in a double room and a twin room. Travel cot available. Lettings are Saturday to Saturday from £295 per week including fuel and linen.

Beech and Birch Cottages are two three storey adjacent cottages centrally located in the heart of the picturesque village of Hartington, which is an ideal base from which to explore the Peak District National Park. The cottages are approximately 200 yards from the local village shops, Post Office and Inns. Beech Cottage sleeps 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Birch Cottage sleeps 6 + 1, in 3 bedrooms.
